Mission & Vision PosterEarlham Community School District offers a quality education for pre-school through 12th grade students in a safe and supportive school system, with multiple opportunities for involvement in athletics, fine arts, and clubs. We are proud to have highly qualified teachers, who regularly engage in professional development within and outside our district to improve their professional practices.

Our community has shown their commitment to provide students with excellent facilities. The most recently completed project by the District is the 1,100 seat gymnasium, weight-room, locker rooms, and coaches’ offices addition. Included with this addition is a canopy outside the district office and enhanced security measures in and around the building. Additionally, the district has a 600-seat auditorium and a second 500-seat gymnasium. The school also has an 8-lane, all-weather track and a turf football field.

Earlham offers its residents a small town feel and lower cost of living than the neighboring cities while having the convenience of local amenities and a quick, 20-minute commute to West Des Moines.
